PS3 Backorder Update

All backorders in our system have now been shipped clearing the way for new backorders to be opened. Unfortunately our suppliers have delayed confiming how many units we will be receiving in our next shipment. We should have an update by Monday or Tuesday of this upcoming week. Good News!! Seems our suppliers heard our complaints about our Nintendo Wii alloctaions and have decided our business is valuable to them. We have just received a small amount of Nintendo Wii systems and will begin shipping preorders on Monday on a first order first serve basis. We have also been told that we should be receiving weekly shipments of the units all the way up to Christmas (fingers crossed) . All preorders that will be shipping on Monday will receive an email confirmation no later than Saturday Nov 18, 2006 12:00pm eastern time. Orders will be filled as best as possible as their are shortages with certain software and accessories, these items will ship seperately as soon as we receive inventory which we hope will also be on a weekly basis. We know customers are very anxious to receive the Nintendo Wii and may try to source their systems elsewhere (ebay) , so we will be emailing all customers who's preorders are not shipping on Monday their current number in queue . This is so they can make a better informed decision if they want to wait for us to fill preorder or source elsewhere. Attention to all customers that have preordered Phantasy Star Universe for the PC. We have just been notified from numerous customers that this title will not be playable online in Europe as Sega is not allowing European customers to open up accounts for online play at the moment.

We have managed to stop all orders that were shipped out this morning and will be holding all orders until Thursday October 26th, 2006. All customers wishing to cancel are now given the option and will be refunded minus a $3.00CAN processing fee. We made the effort to stop shipments as we understand that customers would be upset owning a game they could not play online. Unfortunatly supply will be very limited at launch and if and when we do get any we will have them up as a first come first serve basis following launch. This is something that is out of our control, and we apologise to anyone anticipating the launch of the PS3.

Games are now up for preorder and will be shipped on release. Accessories such as controllers and blue-ray remotes will be added soon once costs and quantity has been confirmed.

Well its that time again, more Xbox 360 Region Testing. All those golf fans are sadly dissapointed that Tiger Woods 07 is not region free.

Ubisoft has done it again with thier latest Tom Clancy title. We can confrim that Splinter Cell: Double Agent - 360 is 100% region free and will run on a PAL Xbox 360. Happy Sneaking.

Nintendo has officially lowered the price of 3 of their top selling Gamecube games. The following titles are now $39.99cdn down from their $59.99cdn suggested retail price. We have tested Madden NFL 07 - 360 on our pal XBOX 360 and can confirm it is not region free. It's pretty much a given with EA games but we just wanted to check if they would score a touchdown this time around. Once again they dropped the ball in the endzone!!!
