Attention to all customers that have preordered Phantasy Star Universe for the PC. We have just been notified from numerous customers that this title will not be playable online in Europe as Sega is not allowing European customers to open up accounts for online play at the moment.
We have managed to stop all orders that were shipped out this morning and will be holding all orders until Thursday October 26th, 2006. All customers wishing to cancel are now given the option and will be refunded minus a $3.00CAN processing fee. We made the effort to stop shipments as we understand that customers would be upset owning a game they could not play online. Please email psu@videogamesplus.ca with the heading : Cancel PSU order #??????. Orders will then be cancelled accordingly.
All orders that are not cancelled will be shipped out on Thursday October 26th, 2006 as planned.
