We have tested both Need For Speed Shift 2 Unleashed Limited Edition - 360 (Region Free) (Preorder) and Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 12: The Masters - 360 (Region Free)(Preorder) on our PAL XBOX 360 and can confirm both ARE region free. We have also tested Nascar 2011 The Game - 360 (Preorder) and unfortunately we can confirm it's NOT region free. Look for more region free tests soon.

We couldn't agree more with you. Activision has no plans to release the 360 version outside of North America. Why limit it's sales by region locking it? Afterall, the PS3 version is region free.
