We have tried to rectify the situation as best as possible but unfortunately parcels heading to Brazil have continued to go missing at an alarming rate causing our insurer to now discontinue insuring parcels we ship to Brazil via Canada Post Air mail. Due to this circumstance effective immediately all parcels being shipped via Canada Post air mail to Brazil will no longer have insurance coverage. We will not stop shipping air mail to Brazil but all parcels shipped in this matter will be at the buyers own risk. Video Games Plus will not be responsible for any loss parcels shipping Canada Post air mail to Brazil. We do offer DHL shipping to Brazil which comes with automatic insurance of up to $100. Please email our customer service team for DHL rates to Brazil. We sincerely apologize for any inconvience caused too our Brazilian customers.
