We have tested NBA Live 2010 - 360 (Preorder) and SAW - 360 (Preorder) and can confirm they are NOT REGION FREE.
We have also tested NBA 2K10 - 360 (Preorder) and Star Wars:Clone Wars Republic Heroes - 360 (Preorder), on our PAL XBOX 360 console and can confirm that they ARE REGION FREE.
