We have just tested Sega Rally Revo - 360 and Half-Life 2 Orange Box - 360 on our PAL XBOX360 and can confirm IT IS REGION FREE.

Sadly FIFA Soccer 08 - 360 is NOT REGION FREE and will only work on an NTSC-USA Xbox 360 console.
